Induction training
For new employees who have just entered the company, we will focus on induction training.The training content includes from the instrument etiquette to the company's rules and regulations, the relevant departments of international and domestic travel, reimbursement, application for notebook subsidies, mobile phone subsidies regulations and procedures.
Domestic training
Different trainings are provided for different departments. For example, the sales department and the technical service department will receive annual domestic trainings, including professional knowledge training and customer relationship training; the trade department will receive domestic import and export knowledge training; the personnel administration department will receive national labor law training and regular training on company policies; the research and development department will be sent to relevant domestic professional training institutions for regular training.

Salary: Basic salary + incentive bonus + transportation allowance + meal allowance
